How do they sell youtube subs/views/comments/favs?

I don't understand how they sell youtube subs/views/comments/etc i just can't think of anything that makes sense! Can someone explain to me how they do it.

they use bots to do it, everything will be automated. They run that app from high speed connections like 1GBPS (from RDP's). They are not real human views but bot views

That means they access to the real people's accounts (possibly hacked) or it's like subs from enhanceviews.

All legit bots cost money unless you want to code it yourself.
