how do i add these kind of links

hi all i got 2 button to add to my site but dont no how to add them so am asking here as to where to add them they are like the button on the bottom of here if the one off softlinkers site and one off an other site so can anyone help me thanks

i dont have a picture link it is on my desktop from an email so i just put the name of the site i got it from

uploader that pic from your desktop on any free image hosting like : tinypic.com and it will give you a direct link. Relace "http://www.site.com/image.jpg" to that direct image link and it will show you the image too.
