How can I Buy Ubuntu VPS and Use it As Ubuntu RDP - Use GUI like Windows RDP

Hello Friends
I looked for Ubuntu RDP since long time, But I can not find any server that offers Ubuntu RDP service, I have Windows RDP and I use it like I use my PC to download and upload files, But I need Ubuntu RDP to do some work that can not be done on Windows RDP.

I found many Ubuntu VPS services, But All are not have GUI interface, And they need to be configured to install GUI and other settings to be able to use it like Windows RDP.

My Question is what is the needed steps that I have to do after I buy the Ubuntu VPS to use it like any Windows RDP? I need to be able to login from my Windows 7 PC.
