interesting thing is this

If someone has viewed six images from my account in a day, how does this affect my earnings?

We only count 1 view for each unique IP in 24 hours. In this case, an anonymous (unique IP) views 6 images from your account in 24 hours, we will count 1 view.

I guess this is a great move by fileserve. The website looks amazing and we really need a stable host that can handle the huge server costs

Naturally they will sell ads and make money that way, see this

I see someone asked whether hotlinked images will count towards the points you get, i dont think this will happen. No image paying site allows this and i dont think hotimg will. You will only get payed if someone actually visits their site and sees the image like this

With hotlinked images the statistics increases but we don't know if they will pay for it.

cant wrap their images in .... or am i missing something?

if we cant wrap in IMG and have it show up on our forums etc we simply wont use this host... dont know what they're thinking.

not everyone can use html tags ya know ;)
