Waning not to buy long term HotFile account, if you got suspended (due to download lots in a day, or using 2 IPs - from home and VPS - but I never download at the same time), you can never reach customer service or support person. I have a 1 year HF pre account and tried to contact HF support 5+ time in the last week, no responds yet.
