Hotfile banning RemoteDesktops and Leech

I suspect that they are blocking entire IP ranges of popular server and RDP providers because they blocked my server even though I'm the only one that has that IP and I just use it for personal use (I don't even download 5GB/week with it :/)

Yep, they are.
I say that because the other day I got a new server off Softlayer, and the IP was banned off HF (had never used HF through that IP). Soooo.. they're probably banning all popular HF leech IP ranges
