I can not say we ignore them, because Netherlands laws are not okay with copyright anymore as they used to in the past, however we would forward them to you and expect you to deal with the issue in 48hrs, we just ask you to remove the content in question not everything.

We usually accept all content except child porn ofcourse and other illegal materials, again if we receive any reports we'll forward to you for proper handling, we're not strict and we're flexible but we ask for your cooperation in dealing with issues.

We prefer to be honest and upfront with clients, because if anything happens it will be a shame and bad for us, so we wouldnt want to lie. If we receive multiple DMCA we will forward to you, if you don't deal with them we will have to ask you again, but yes if you do not cooperate we may suspend you after few days, but its better to cooperate and only remove the content.

We wouldn't want this to go far to courts, so we would handle it within 48hrs with you to avoid any further legal problems.

Not think that if you get multiple dmca you and only remove content wont have problems..the dmca companies sometimes and now last months take action legal against you the provider..if the DMCA goes to court you will share my infromation..?? answer me please..

We do not share any details of our clients with anyone.
 
This iss the first time I'm using Linux and I've started to develop love towards it. All because of hostsailor. They would do the installs seeing me using the linux first time, they would reply fast, and everything's just fine. I have bought the cheapest plan from them according to what I require and I'm still getting a treatment like I am owning some big server. Truly wonderful. I have even recommended this to some of my friends who use only Linux boxes.
