bad support and bad servers, rdp is down alot of times..they allow users to abuse the servers and run auto surf bots 24/7 and use 50% of server resources..
after submitting a ticket reporting server abuse they replied by lying to me that the member who acuses the server is banned while i could still see him running his spammy bot until the hour or writting this review.

No response from customer service

For over 2 months I have a Startup RDP from them, and the service is great, support had also very fast responses. But not lately. I forgot to pay for the latest invoice, so yes, thats my fault, by I paid it 2 days later and since that time (Its 3 days by now) nothing is happening. I didnt get back access to my RDP server, They´re not responding to any of my tickets (#294495 and #573387). So I am starting to worry about them :D
 
i have also paid wmz for my rdp its been more than 12 hours and still waiting for activation but no answer from support, also the rdp im in is down most of the time so i can't use it anyway

Same in my side, my RDP is down now 5hr. no replay online & Skype ! this is 2nd time RDP is down !

Yes It's down again today, no ticket replied, Skype is dead too. Maybe it's time for looking for new place..
 
RDP is up and down for 4 days, mostly down. Support tickets hasn't been answered in 4 days. I would recomend new customers to stay away from this host atleast until we hear from support.
 
added support on a new skype account, he accepted me and had a chat right away while on my old skype where he knows about my issues he doesnt reply at all..he has time for a potiential new costumer but no time to give support to existing costumers .

I ordered on May 24 2016. After 8 to 10 hours I got RDP details. From the next day RDP goes offline.

Every day more than 8 to 10 hours Server went down.

I create a ticket three times but did not get any reply..

Even I tried to knock so many times to get support from on line chat. But not get any support.


This is this the wrost host and wrost service ever I get.

Moderator should look at this matter.
