We stated many times CURL will not be enabled for security reasons.

@Rapid

We have disabled open base base directory. Please use a domain.
 
I can't access to my cPanel!!! Its says:
This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)!

Pls fix this!!!

no one cares about that mate ! customers don't wanna hear about that , that is not thair problem , esspecially that ! that only can mean that you are not serious with this , and in my case , now i won't buy host from your company !

Just purchased a hosting plan from you, and within 3 hours, your site is 'suspended'? Seems rather fishy to me.

Can someone please tell me I'm not doing all this just to get a headache?

Did you say this for cpanel?
 
I did not. I was talking about his site being down. My cpanel always worked. But now I'm waiting on a response to a support ticket and account issues >.> Just one headache after another.

Yeah same. And I absolutely agree with you. Their support is TERRIBLE.

Still no response to my ticket about 2 DAYS. And I am laughing when I look "24/7 Email Support: Support@HostMyWarez.com" sentence in their site :D

 
So far the set up was easy, the email was well written and what not, I just don't like the lack of support. If you're going to boast 24/7 support, you need to be able to back it up.

I'm pleased to an extent with the service, I just need support and I need it fast. Of course the problem I'm having now is partly my fault, but I don't see why it happened as the causing factor isn't in play anymore. Oh well we will see how long this will take to resolve.
 
I've already emailed our cpanel provider last night. They emailed me today saying that stuff about payment processing cannot be done on the weekend and that I would have to wait 1 Full Business Day. It's ridiculous. Also refrain from bashing my thread @ theforumdrunk!

Thanks for getting to it so fast but now the MAIN issue is still problematic.

The request was not completed. The server met an unexpected condition.
