i think this member should be banned... They do not offer support and they scam you.. when i say banned i mean Banned on Wjunction.com I lost my website and everything due to hostmela..

i lost my site.. The files and the DB.. the member is bdsur
i was getting 1K+ daily... And then the host just bails and thehostingpalace is the owner , bdsur was a RESELLER and neither one would fix it, not thehostingpalace as i messaged the owner 2 times... and the Reseller said he hasn't gotten a response and then it was his forum was hacked,but his forum is on a USA server.. I think hostingpalace should be banned... reason why.. They scam you..

That sucks, but you should keep your own backups incase this happens, move to another host that offers a backup system aswell and one thats not a reseller

Raven any chance u hav any offline backups? search man... even if you don't I suggest, just forget about this mess, you have the domains, so you can just move on to a new host (a better one) and start over. Its weird how you guys host at free hosts or $1.99 hosts... these are all bullshit hosts.

Also, about bdsur, he's from bangladesh, he's been banned from digital point too.

Let's clear some things up.

Hostmela.com and .net are not owned by the same guy.

Hostmela.net's owner is not a scammer. He just didn't point the nameservers to the new IP after the server switch. All you Hostmela guys will be up after the nameservers cycle.
