100TBh support and downtime
Maybe I'm blind but I just see in progress status and no reply. Also I've paid for service and it's 24 hours passed, but nothing happened.

I'm writing this message to take attention of future customers, 100TBh team and all wjunction members.
My story is very simple, forgot to pay for my VPS and then my downtime story started.
T+(0:00) - VPS terminated with message "Please contact us as soon as possible to get your service reactivated." Yeah right :facepalm:
T+(0:04) Invoice paid in full
T+(0:07) Support ticket submitted to activate my service (Now reply till now)
T+(0:11) Invoice Payment Confirmation
T+(26:50) Second support ticket (No reply till now)
T+(27:10) Skype message to support. Replied "
100TBh.com: Sorry about the delay
100TBh.com: I am hoping to get this live ASAP."
T+(42:20) Third support ticket (how long does it takes just to reactivate service ?) + Skype message
T+(44:xx) Still waiting, site offline.
Two days site is offline and everybody's happy, just counting hours.
Moral of this story is simple pay on time or run to other hosting company ASAP.
And I'll get from this story minimum two days of offline (and money loss of course) and maybe simple "Sorry" email.
