im after starting a warez forum ipb 3
need least 5gb space
200bw
cpanel
must be reliable and fast and no newbie hosters
must have 128mb memory server limit setup8-)
budget at min is $3 as it be a new forum

our servers are located at ecatel datacenter most of you know that they are ignoring the DMCA for me i just forward it to the account holder i don't force to comply with it.

All most every host here will say they will ignore DMCA, even tho they havent delt with them ever lol, but all the best.
 
i have a few large warez forums hosted and i very rarley get dcma complaints.

when i do i just forward them on to the client.

its no hardship to remove a few topics/.
 
You have two options:
- Hosts that get DMCA's and they handle with them. This means they have a seperate Abuse department.

- Hosts that never get DMCA's for some strange reasons. Probably depends on country? (Like I have with Motionite :P )

Warez linking or hosting is illegal in the netherlands you should start knowing laws before you go and tell people things like this. When the goverment comes and raids the servers and throws you in prison and fine you tens of thousands of dollars you will find out really quick.

Well, we could talk about "Is warez linking illegal" whole day. But most of you wouldn't get the point.

First of all,
Everyone is saying how "warez hosting" is HIGHLY ILLEGAL and forbidden everywhere. They forgot that File Hosts are the WAREZ HOSTING sites and they're not shut down (at least not yet). What's protecting them?

- Name of the site, there is nothing in their name to show that they're promoting share of copyrighted material.
- Their TOS, most of them can prove that they're not encouraging anyone in sharing copyrighted files.
- They cooperate with copyright organizations.

Today, pretty much everything is allowed to do, hell. You knew that Stickam is actually a site for pedophiles? And that all video chat sites are created by pedophiles for pedophiles. On all those Websites 13-17 chicks show their tits, and guys who made them do it are sharing those video caps on porn boards. That's child pr0n, right? But no one can prove that those video chat sites are encouraging those chicks to show their tits, neither pedophiles to encourage them to do it.

Law is a funny thing. It can protect you if you're smart enough, even though you're breaking it. Everyone knows that Stickam is a site for pedophiles, everyone knows that HotFile is a site where people upload copyrighted material. But they can't shut them down as they have no proofs that would show they're encouraging people to do it.
