Which script are you using in your site? Maybe it was resource hungry and thats why u got suspended.

Or maybe they just overloaded their vps/dedi and what was reasonable became too much. Happens here all the time.

Yeah and how do you get past the law of Europe? Before you offer things you should actually start reading/knowing the laws.

You need a good host with free backup solutions. At least you get your backups and could move to others'.

Not that he is immune from from prosecution. SO if he hosts your site and doesn't have your real personal info then he is at risk.

You need a good host with free backup solutions. At least you get your backups and could move to others'.

When are people going to stop relying on others to do simple tasks YOU should be doing.

A once a day cron job to backup database and once a week if you makes changes to your files is not too much for you to do yourself and download to your personal computer.

Don't know what you were talking about. Do not trust anything, however, you have nothing to lose if you pay nothing. Bad hosts often shut down your sites after you pay a yearly fee, that's so called "profit".
