Hosting plans and Software Advice?

I am thinking of starting a new blog that will host some warez material.

I already have an OVH dedicated server that I use for non-website stuff. It has enough resources to be used for other things.

Should I buy an extra shared web-hosting service for this blog?
As I've read that OVH have removed warez linking servers in the past (and i need my dedi for other things). *the stuff I upload has never gotten a DMCA notice [so far, 4+ months]*

Which hosting plans do you recommend? I only know of squarespace :facepalm:

And which blogging software do you recommend? I'm thinking of wordpress.

I don't need a dedicated server as it is too powerful and I already have one.

since you just wanna start a blog then I recommend shared hosting is enough. move to VPS if your blog grows and get more visitors daily later.

wordpress is a good choice and easy to manage/install.
