Hosting in Canada & warez linking..?

Any idea about the current situation with warez linking in canada?

I know that there are some serious hosts there, but i don't really know what it the current situation with the law... ?

I've heard some good things about Canada, good network and infrastructure. But for warez related things you have to comply with all complains.

You will have to follow up all complaints, really though it wouldn't last very long unles you deal with all complaints promptly

There is a lot of torrent trackers hosted in Canada... They are probably strict on DMCA...

I imagine and host out here would just suspend you if they saw your site or if the content owner sent a notice to the host.

If you just comply with complains within 48 hours nothing will happen. As said earlier lot's of torrent trackers are hosted in Canada. I think WBB also using Canada with their proxy system.

Yep, but with the Sinde Law, looks like things are changing in Spain - with the TPB cases, things are not at best in Sweden...

Canada seems like a pretty decent place...
