Hello guys

I just want to ask that I want hosting For my money making website.

Which is best? Onshore or offshore?
Free would be appreciated which is good & Provide cPAnel 11+ & good servers or Payment via AlertPay but cheap rates

Money making? By money making do you mean to open a site about Gambling and such activities? USA is good. There are lots of gambling Websites hosted at ThePlanet. They are expensive, but It's worth of your money.
 
Offshore hosts are just as fast and advanced as US hosts now. Netherlands has become a leading country for datacenters so you don't need to worry about quality. They are both about the same price now too.. Maybe US is a bit cheaper, but you can find good rates on wjunction from resellers.

I dont know many that take alertpay, you should go back to paypal even if they are evil and block your money or no reason.
 
i think he needs normal shared hosting guys and you all are telling him about data centers?? he needs 1 free or cheap shared cPanel for a simple forum lOlz
