We cannot accept AlertPay at the moment. We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Moneybookers and Bank transfer. We might be able to install that for you however that depends on that time and the workload there is. We offer unmanaged services however we try our best to help the customers with software installations when we can.

There are not any coupon codes/promotions at the moment, sorry.

Yes, you can go to your control panel and choose over 15 templates to install from. If you do not find what you require, just send a ticket or email to support@hosthatch.com and we'll do reinstall with the required OS for you.
