iam clearly confirm the site has no virus at all. it just some kinds of .js running from the hosting template. you can bypass this from kaspersky.

It seems the support is only working 2-3 times a day for a few minutes. Everytime if there is a problem you have to wait hours until they solve the problem and you can login again to your account.
Also a lot of downtimes on their German-Server and they give no compensation for all the downtimes.
