Host Record Problem

I bought a VPS and I want to make a host records

What should I put in the ields shwon above ?

I have :

ns1.mydomainname.com
ns2.mydomainname.com
the main ip adress xx.xx.xx.xx

First, to get this working you will need a dns hosting service. What are you using to specify these ?

if u want point A record of ur domain pls put ip of ur host,

mydomainname.com NS mydomainname.com
