Hiring Developer/ Coder For An Auto Leecher Application

Hi,

I am hiring a developer with knowledge of php,curl,C++ or C#. Additional knowledge of VB or dot net is also good. I have the source code. The developer need to modify it to function as an auto-downloader with the below functions:

1. Download from any torrent site or premium porn sites.
2. Rename the file.
3. Take screenshots of the video file
4. Upload it to a custom image host site
5. Create a torrent file
6. save a template in a particular folder in .txt format.

Second, project is to create another application which will auto-post to some of the torrent sites. This could be integrated to the above application or it can be a separate app.

I have collected some information and dummy applications which I will be sharing.

Payment will be via Indian Bank Transfer, Webmoney, Payza. It could be Paypal or Perfect money if the previous options not available.

Apologize for being late. I was on an official tour for few days and internet on the move is quiet a pain. I am available on skype now. Guys who have added me on skype, please let me their original names here so that I can recognize them from their pms.

Added after 7 Days 1:

Bump. Need professional developer again for the same tool. I have now modified the offer a little. I need two tools. One for leeching from torrent sites, renaming creating screenshots and making templates. Or it could be like this:

There is a common folder where I would place all the .torrent files.
Then the tool will download the content using those .torrent files.
Unraring or unziping not required. Just rename the file.
Take screenshots of the video files.
Upload them to some custom image hosts.
create a new torrent.
Create a template for posting to my trackers.

2nd tool could upload to my trackers using the created templates.

But anyone have an idea about Janhouse script? I need a similar script but with a few customization.
