Firstly update your Wordpress / Plugins / Themes if not already done. Then check if any of the plugins is causing this issue by disabling them one by one. Most likely it is one of the plugins.

If not, your theme could be poorly coded or your host isn't good.

Everything i tried but still it take more resources
 
What services you use for hosting? (shared or dedicated/vps hosting services)
Give us a list of installed plugins at your Wordpress. Maybe you haven't configured properly one of them.

I'm using site5 shared hosting

Now i'm using only nextgen gallery and optimize plugin only
 
first check the data query
if too much data query leads to memory usage for large mysql slow speed and memory abuse
Second, check the plugins you have no problems
Third, you use some plugins like w3 total cache to cache or wp super cache
