Search engines look at the quantity and quality of back links to your site as part of their ranking algorithm. Quantity is self explanatory, however quality has to do with the page rank of the site pointing back to you. The higher the page rank, the more juice your link has.
 
Only thing you are doing by sharing this links is basically decreasing their quality as google checks for the outgoing links. When it starts to look spammy then you will probably have to end up disavowing the back links but the thing is this aren't even high page backlinks, yes the domain is a high pr but the actual page PR you will get is is 0

Write content that is compelling and exclusive. Like a top 10 list of something interesting. Its not easy, you have to provide content that stands out from the rest, and convinces people of the effort you put behind it.
