VPS high end shared vps(but only 2 person)

i am looking for high end vps powered by Intel Xeon 5630 2.8Ghz or Intel Xeon 5640 sharing with just other person sharing

a server with only 2 person sharing as im looking for more powerful cpu resource!!!
bw ram disk space everything is negotiable

can any one provide me this kinda powerful vps(shared server)
