High CPU usage

My site is Hentai DDL. I get ~1k unique visitors/day, with max 25 visitors online at the same time. (basic reseller hosting from beamservers)

Resource usage from last 24h (from cPanel):

List of plugins I use:

The post types and taxonomies plugins are created by me and contain only the code for the creation of post types/taxonomies.

JavaScripts I use:
-Google Analitycs
-Adf.ly
-an image preview script (to display images on mouse over)
-advertisement scripts (plugrush pop-up and widgets, +3 exoclick banners)

My questions:
Is the resource usage normal for my site ?
Do i need to upgrade to a VPS ?

I think some thing you are using is making the useage high,I think trying an upgrade may help you.

You need to move to VPS

you are using wordpress. So high resource usage is common due to many plugins.
Moving to VPS may help you but not much.

You just need optimization and moving to VPS will get you some good performance.
