I doesn't want a person who makes 50 different accounts,i need 50 active members in real not a single person to make 50 accounts and ofcourse a single person can make 60 uploads with id n password which i give for that site

@Eso i think he just doesnt pay for 60 uploads of your own. He want u to get him 50 more active members which each will upload 60 posts and then he pays.
