Dear, Please note, Our system is not working based on luck or chance, It's working based on it's policy and it's limits, Means if you upload none stop, you may get errors, Because we don't allow any storage abuses at all.

As a free user, You may upload 100 GB to 200 GB per day, If you exceed that, You will get errors.

but i reupload it success

you say It's working based on it's policy and it's limits, it's ok, you want / not want , to look for the bugs / error , is up to you, i just tell you what i face it

We intend to debug, but it is only you who are making such claims. We are constantly monitoring our services, and if there is an issue, we will definitely resolve it immediately. During our previous response to you, we conducted multiple tests and did not observe any errors.

You should keep in mind that if you have antivirus software, you should disable it during uploads, as many antivirus programs excessively and unnecessarily block our servers and many similar sites. This is why you might receive an error while uploading to a specific server.

Here is our test result with multiple files, multiple connections, multiple servers:

Please note that, Try with 4 connection at the time, Maybe your connections are high and it's rate limited, And please check your windows defender or your rdp firewall, they can easily block uploads sometimes.

I don't know... My opinion: No matter how low his traffic is, waiting 15 days for payment is unacceptable.
