Hello, the situation is really catastrophic, there is no longer a single video that works, they all have the same error: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. More than 4000 videos that don't work...

I just paid for 6 months but I think I'll have to find another host, I'm losing all the audience of my site.

Is there anything you can do?

Hello, is it possible to get a refund? Indeed, I would like to pay only 1 month for the time it takes to change hosting provider and be reimbursed for 5 months that I paid for and which will be of no use to me.

There was a technical issue on our codes that caused that error on streaming, Now, It's fixed.

Regarding some videos, We explained you in your DMs about that 2 weeks ago.

HTTPS upload was denied by browser.

Most likely your file server's certificate had expired, or you're using a self-signed certificate.

Web Upload is hard to be uploaded

Have you had a new problem with the server and a colossal loss of videos?
I'm really disappointed with Hexupload, not only do the videos not work for months and I'm losing several gigabytes of videos...

Any idea if revshare deal or something like that would be possible for views? Maybe implementing additional ads from certain ad networks for video player, for some users with high traffic, and doing revshare, sharing earnings etc. That way I would think of bringing back big traffic.
