and you know those people you speak of are a extremely small minority

who uploads on these sites with high rates do it just for money. why should i upload important files in a site that could close in every moment?

Right lol....because the amount of people uploading actual important information to a file locker (that might be out of business any minute) far outweighs the cashwhores uploading copyright infringing materials.
