hi i dunno whether this is right section but ill try

well i try turning on my computer and comes to a page saying to start in safe mode and some other options .. so i start in safe mode and takes me through to windows loading page with the logo then my computer restarts and goes back to where it was

please help

this seems similar to my situation on my old piece of crap, the fan died, and the computer would get to hot, and would shut down. See if theres any messages about fan failure or such. Considering it's the middle of June, I'd say that might be a likely cause.

What changes did you do before this happened?
 
well my computer was fine one night and i woke up the next morning and it said something like there was a software or hardware change and the computer shutdown unusually.... and it has the options to safe mode and all those..
 
check for loose connections in your cabinet, dust might be the reason, or else there might be a power related problem. if all the things are fine then try to repair your os installation.
