Banner? Almost looks like it's a collapsible menu (sub menu) named "Banner" under Graphic Services. What is it you are trying to do? Put a banner there or create submenus?
If it's submenus then its easy just create a new page and put the parent as Graphic Services. Sorry in advance if I did not fully understand your issue.
