[Help] Server up, site down?

I'm having a bit of a problem with my site gu1337.com
My server seems to be running perfectly, I have complete access to it and everything, but my site is completely down.

I have a feeling is some sort of dns problem, but i'm not 100% sure.
Its happened before, but after a few hours it seemed to fix itself.
But I don't want this problem to continue. Does anyone have any idea in find the real problem/solution.

Edit: OK, i was able to access my site for about 30 second just now, then it went down again. Any help is appreciated!

Did you contact altushost?
They spoofed thier IP to make it look like in Brazil, but it's from Ecatel.
I think it's the spoofing problem, I'm not really sure.

Yeah, i noticed that spoof. (to Belize, not Brazil)
And yes, i have contacted them. (No response yet)

What control panel and os are you using on your server?

if you run a dedicated or VPS restart your DNS server

Yea. I got it to work. Just had to restart the DNS Server. Thanks guys!
(Oh and apparently, I'm not on Ecatel, since my site was up during that warez blackout)
