Help Need to Renewal my domain

i want to renewal mine domain but i registered site is offline : www.hostingmates.com . what to do now ? two days before i got the renewal mail . kindly help

you didn't told me your domain name so i will not be able to give you the direct link of contact ! .. :facepalm:


you should go to ICANN's website and there you will see a option or faq or something which will help you to get the domain CP back if your domain registrar gone! ..
