"hostname <newname>" as root. This works until reboot.
To change permanently you need to edit "/etc/hostname" file ( at least on Debian. CentOS might store it in different location.
Lol @ everyone that said solusvm a lot of web host do not even offer access to the vm panel and or use somthing aside of SoulsVM, As Lock Down mentioned from whm you can change it in Networking Setup -> Change Hostname
