Help finding a Mod

Hey guys

I've seen this mod on a few sites, where can I find it, basically its showing a image next to the Usergroup (to the left) and the same image next to the username (again to the left) on the who's online. See here:

If your using vB it's in the usergroups properties.

You know you have the HTML markup where you can insert span tags for colors and what not.. Well, just add a image tag aswell.
