(HELP) Error [#1004] You do not have permission to access this page

I'm getting that error when I try to edit user group id 4 which is Administrators. I'm not user number 1, I was promoted to an administrator. Trying to see how I can get in there...I'd like to change a few things for looks. :)

Nevermind. I resolved the problem. I toyed around with phpMyAdmin for like 2 hours and finally figured it out. :)
