hi i am thinking of designing my homepage a bit but i do not know which one to do for the best job
i have just started a CG Artworks anime site after porn and it has become a good nice site in the 2 months
i am thinking of redesign my homepage to look a bit more perfect
some of the homepages are : -

I have the persons who can make designs so it is not a factor
but i am not getting the css coding as from where we will start
can anyone tell me which is the modification or CMPS or custom stuff they are using to make a page like that
and to put there : -
1. Online Mems Listings
2. Top Anime Downloads ----> Mine will be Top CG Draw Download ( Counting the no. of times it has been downloaded
3. A Flash Showing random profile pictures please
i am not concerned about design as i have more than i wanted GFX persons from my site but html css i have none who works for vb
please can one tell me which script there are using to make stuff like those ??? and to get with vbulletin
