My rating:

• Why all the exclamation marks? Remove them all...
• Also the animation of the text on the tab and site is a big no no, makes the site look noobish.
• I'm not a fan of fruity themes especially one for a warez site. A new theme would be nice and a new logo.
• Move "Top 5 Statistics" to the forum footer
• This is so fucken annoying, remove it and replace it with an image as its more effective:
• 
• Laser is an admin yet all he does is post uploads?
• Don't try to deceive people with ".::Get Free Premium Accounts Of Many Websites Here::." just so they can sign up.
