lol you are acting very unprofessional and immature. Knowin are professionals, if you approach them in a a nice way they will help you. Also as Glenn said, the RDA's are shared. You can't expect to have awesome raring speed all the time. Sometimes other clients are unraring big files, or multiple clients are raring at the same time. As far as speed to filesonic goes, it gets slow sometimes but that is to be expected as well. You need to understand that you are buying a shared service, meaning you are not the only one using it and the support doesn't only have to deal with you as they have a lot of clients. As far as shifting you to another server, you have to be more clear about those things:

You just contradicted yourself in those tickets, how should they know if you want a refund or a shift to another server?

Okay eliprata getting it clear? Are the times wrong?? It is in the first post that u said refund me and next reply about fso speeds and then u said can i shift. Thats all clear in the screenshot and rkze stated it correctly.

Thats the reason i posted that fucking screenshots and it is not showed the way you told and after all this is my reply which u posted in first post of this thread. Ash is one of our customers and you yourself asked people here that are they facing the problems or not. So he is here to reply and to tell about his experience with us.

How can the times be wrong?? You took 30 minutes to say shift me. That proves it all.

I'm not really a customer of BuyWindowsVps but just want to chip in that usually I get not less than 2MB/s for filesonic on a Netherlands dedi for downloading. But when it comes to uploading, its a different story. Fso randomly chooses where your file will be hosted EU or USA, so you might get slower than 100 Kb/s for one file and then 30 Mb/s on the next. It also depends on peak times... try to upload when its not a busy time and it maximizes your upload speed.

Are u blind??? Last question I meant to ask you after this reply.. Can't you see the time stamp on each reply?? Don't try to prove something wrong as correct as you will not succeed in it. And what you think is wrong. They are not shown like that at all.

Even if you asked for a shift and then asked for a refund shows you yourself are not sure what to do. Not even in an hour you changed your mind.

Well I would love to contact you but it seems like you yourself have reading issues. The screenshot has a TIMESTAMP which shows the order is top to bottom. Please, I beg of you, use Google Translate and translate what I just said to your native language so that you can understand what I just said.
 
I wonder why you insist to get a refund while you're on one of the best RDP providers on WJ, if you have slow speeds / the server being unresponsive then let the support team fix it for you, if you want to get a constant fast speed then get your own Dedi.

Me ? I used BuyWindowsVPS.com's RDP once... was not satisfied and got a refund, but I kind of regretted requesting the refund coz their performance was better than my current RDP... I might get a slot on BWV.com soon.

Anyway it also depends on your location ( Ping ) . I tried a USA RDP once but the rar/unrar speeds sucked + lagged

Moved to a Europe RDP and worked like a charm due to lower ping .

For Ul/DL speeds , depends what software you are using ( IDM / Jdownloader for best results + Firezilla / Cuteftp for uploads ) + how many connections per file .

I Used an RDP from RDP-Hosting.com ( NL ) - Download/Uploads speeds were blazing fasts even for filehosts located in the US ( Fileserve/Filesonic)
 
And There Are No Conversation Going On About Buywindowsvps's UP or Download Speed

Elpirata, let this be your lesson. You can clearly see that they won't give you the refund, neither they will shift you to another server. Arguing with them and their supporters will only make you look like a fool, so better be smarter than them and find a provider which will give you normal speeds.

There's no point in discussing this anymore, both sides told their stories and provider can't think of a better reply than: "We don't want you as our customer", "You should buy a dedicated server". - Proves the part that they're not professionals.
