You ask tooo much for what you pay and we cannot provide services to you. You wont be given a refund Since We have refunded you Twice , and on top we asked you not to buy services from us.

Anyways I dont remember what shift you are saying, but since you have caused us soo much trouble in the Past, Wedo not want to have you as our client....

Okay, let me explain it to you.

The server which you are on is working pretty much fine and all the issues have been resolved at the starting itself. We keep on checking for the abusers and stop them using whole lot of resources. It is true that you are the one who has this problem.

We are not going to post your tickets which you opened and how much trouble you keep us with. Once you say refund me, and we say kindly wait till our sales team gets on. In the mean while you create many replies and tickets. Once the sales team refunds you, you start saying you don't want a refund and want to stick to a server. Now again we took you back and again you started opening tickets for silly things.

We have always been here to support our customers as far as possible and all the issues were resolved. Now again you started saying I want a refund, and in the same ticket you said shift me to a US server. What should we do with such a customer?

Where does oversale come from now?? We never over sell our servers and we always have 4 users per HDD and sales depend on the plans chosen by the customers.

We aren't into this business to scam $35. We have refunded to those whoever wanted to and EVEN to YOU not once but TWICE. If you don;t like our service kindly don't come back to us. Talking about you, first you ordered a US server and said RS speeds are slow and then took an NL server and now you are saying FSO speeds are slow lol. I hope people know what that means >.<

You are Desperate to use our services, you have used a lot of providers in the past but just unsatisfied. You liked our services very much and thats the reason you keep on buying our services even when we refund you.
But the issue is You need a dedicated server mate, RDAs are shared servers and you expect a dedicated servers performance.
But unfortunately a Shared RDA wont be able to deliver this performance.
I am so sorry...

Please buy a dedicated server for yourself and Enjoy.

Glenn is Absolutely Right?? Pay 200$ and u get a complete 1GBps port speed with 1000GB hdd, a fully dedicated server of urs and enjoy! if u need that good one... :D

lol you are acting very unprofessional and immature. Knowin are professionals, if you approach them in a a nice way they will help you. Also as Glenn said, the RDA's are shared. You can't expect to have awesome raring speed all the time. Sometimes other clients are unraring big files, or multiple clients are raring at the same time. As far as speed to filesonic goes, it gets slow sometimes but that is to be expected as well. You need to understand that you are buying a shared service, meaning you are not the only one using it and the support doesn't only have to deal with you as they have a lot of clients. As far as shifting you to another server, you have to be more clear about those things:

You just contradicted yourself in those tickets, how should they know if you want a refund or a shift to another server?
