We have switched server companies and got rid of one company that was giving us a hard time, making us delete many of your files. We have upgraded all of our equipment to be top of the line. We have made many software upgrades to ensure speed and reliability. We have made many technical upgrades as well with our internet lines and speeds.

Before, your very popular links were usually deleted after only a couple of days because of "take down" requests. Over time you lose a lot of money because all of your best links have been removed. NOT ANYMORE!!! We are working with much better companies now to ensure the highest quality and fastest speeds possible and we are scrutinizing every letter to ensure that your links are not falsely reported. This means that 99.9% of your links that were previously deleted will not be deleted anymore. You will make a lot more money now.

We encode slowly with the best presets which makes the files smaller while preserving high quality. It will stream like 240p, but look like 720p or 1080p.
 
great 240p streaming attracts many as big hd size streams very few can play.

Added after 17 minutes:

just checked its still buffering or video stuck. please add youtube like stream i.e., give user option to select between 240p/360p/480p/hd etc this way all can watch.

We are going to add that feature soon. The reason we have not added it yet is because for every different resolution we need to encode it again so if there are 120p/240p/360p/480p/720p different encodes for the same video the space really adds up and then we need to double or triple our servers. We'll figure it out soon.
 
no need of many simply a capped 240p and the current variable bitrate one is enough. extra 240p one not occupy much space thus compatible with all kind of connections for stuck free play.

We don't allow embeds. That is one way we are able to ensure that we have the fastest streams for our users and also makes us able to pay up to $32.50/10k views.

Ok, I like that. We will try and get this done ASAP. It will most likely only be effective for newly uploaded videos though.
