maybe you should go worry about other sites,

Learn to secure your site, and if you don't know how, then ASK!
I believe all forums have a way of making 1 admin the "root" and have more powers than the other admins.

Also, if he changed your username, it is YOUR hosting, just go into phpmyadmin and change it back! Then secure your forum, and like i said if you do not know how to, then ask for help! Stop whining and complaining, you got hacked, its over. You are lucky he didnt delete your whole website, stop wasting time and go fix what he did.
