Hi,

Basically my aim is to run a small web hosting company (specilising in shared offshore web hosting, which allows warez linking).

First of all

1) I have no experience of managing a server
2)Would prefer cPanel and Fantascio
3)VPS or Dedicated.
4)Budget roughly 15$-35$ a month.

If anyone wants to join up or something please PM me and stuff

You should consider buying a Reseller account and work from there, as that seems like it will fit your needs the most.

Basically, you will need a good $200/mo for a dedicated unless you want to buy a VPS, which I personally hate VPS due to so many issues with them.

I can provide you VPS with only $23.
It's Offshore.
I don't sell it for public. I just want to help you out, so you can start your own cmpny.
512MB dedicated ram, 1024 burstable ram.
