There is two things that is annoying me quite much. The two large images on your website is very, very poor quality images. They are not acceptable. If a guests visits and noticing those ugly, large, poor quality images, he is going to leave the site quickly before bothering to check other features, sign up, etc. It's not cool to have some capital letters in the title of the website. Your current title is GROoGz NetWork. Change it to Groogz Network. Random capital letters is just another reason why people wont bother to spend any time on your website. It seems to me that you, or someone else is using a bot to register on your website. All usernames are names of movie stars. Your site is being spammed. Spammed websites, spam users, spam posts, etc are always negative. Why do you have two slogan? Your current slogan(s) is Connected with Community and Friends & Family Connected. Pick one, you can't have two slogans. It's also kinda confusing for the end-user. You have two places where people can log in, they are also very close to each other. It's not needed. It's desperate, and it is not good for the view. When someone is cliking on sign up, both of the log in alternatives is still viewable. Hide them. When someone is registering, they're not interested in having two log in options showing up.
But you do realize that it is spammers, huh? Because, all new users are names of movie stars. Doesn't make sense though. You should delete all these spam-profiles to avoid false statistics, etc.
Favicon; Not bad at all, actually. Its soft on the eyes, and clean.
Index page; First impressions...
1. What am I looking at? I see two main things at the first visit... A giant miscolored ad, which is more dominant than your logo, and a HUGE social network image (maybe its a second logo?)
2. Like MrSandVik said, fix the capitalization in your page title. That is quite a big turnoff.
Logo; I personally like your logo... simple and clean. It works well for the site. One thing I would switch is the English in the slogan.. "Connected with Community" to "Connected with the Community" Just a technical change.
Graphics; Soft on the eyes, easy to look around. Good job.
Now, this is all my personal opinion. Take it or leave it, good job overall.. at least just fix the color scheme of the top ad. Hope it helps.
