I have a website for sharing sports games and would love to use your site. Most of the hosts we have been using are too quick to delete for copyright, don't offer enough storage, or offer just slow upload speeds. Your site seems very intriguing but there is one big problem. When uploading, the upload speed rarely gets past 2 MB/s. Sometimes it gets to 3.5 MB/s but that is rare and I don't know how to replicate, and it's still not even that fast. This happens even if no other bandwidth is being used. This is unacceptable for someone who needs to upload a lot an quick bursts, (e.g. a day with lots of games). I am on a 300 Mb/s internet connection in the US. Can you do anything to fix this?
Another suggestion: Can you please offer a way to change the thumbnail image after upload? Sometimes I forget in the uploading process and then I can't change the image later, so I need to re-upload. Also, when uploading via FTP, you have no option to choose thumbnail at all. Selecting my own image is a must for me because we upload full clips of sports games that may show the score at some point in the thumbnail, spoiling the result for our viewers, which is a big no-no.

Thanks so much for the quick reply! I don't think the amount of servers is the issue because my partner in India can upload 1.5 GB in 2 minutes to your servers, yet that takes me 20 minutes here in US.

First of all; so many people confirmed that we pay. Check the original post and see how many old members in WJ forum confirmed that.
Second; there is no problem with our rates, the system could show different rates in the stats due to delay or inaccurate counting, but after all your account balance should not be affected with that.
If our rates are different than what we display in (Make Money) page, we will say it, we’re not scamming our people.

hi admin, i like and use your go unlimited now, very good. In my view, just several suggestions after usage.
If it can encode in a high quality as well as the otakucloud, is much better. Also, if it can encode upload video formats such as ts file, is much better. Since many users are broadcast or record live stream, it will be ts file. But the otakucloud can encode ts and mkv in a perfect quality, and no loading buffer at any time.
There are some period in buffering for go unlimited, maybe the asian or europe timezone different, if there are too many buffer, such as music video, football match, it will affect the feeling of the audience.
Besides, if it can support like air exploer, connect to google drive or onedrive, it will be more perfect, since many users are used those cloud as a library, and can manage with go unlimited will be more excellent.
