Previously there was a stupid rule on our system which is keeping URL’s with (ERROR) and (STUCK) status for like 48 hours in the queue in order to try uploading them again, which was delaying new links from being processed immediately. We have made some adjustments to understand if the link that faced the ERROR or got STUCK has a chance to be uploaded or not, and if not, it will be deleted from the queue to save the resources to process new links immediately and on the same time it’s re-uploading older links with ERROR and STUCK status that has a chance to be uploaded, and the system will understand if it has a chance or not from the link format itself. For example, the Dropbox link expire every few hours which makes it invalid, and it’s very obvious from the direct link of Dropbox itself that is not valid anymore so the system will simply delete it according to that. Hope I explained it carefully, and also thank you for your positive feedback.
