The website itself is the one which is down and not the files servers.
Files servers are fine but we need to update the DB to accept the requests from the new front end servers we added yesterday.

My users have been notified of the outage and that I would let them know when it's back up. Take all the time you need.

We decided to prepare brand new servers to handle the connection between the FrontEND servers and the databases while waiting the concerned servers to be fixed. Preparing bran new servers should not take more than 30 mins, while waiting the concerned servers to be fixed is unknown, and I am not in the mode of waiting because it has been 3 hours already.

Files are safe and as you know backed up. I am talking about the FrontEND only (the interface).
We can also enable embeds while the interface is down within 15 mins or so, and enable the interface within 30 or so. However, files aren't related with what we're workin on.

Sunday + DC Issues + Updating the DB to handle a new DC IP's is what we're facing now. However, it should be fine ASAP cuz we're not only waiting the fix but also preparing new servers to be in the middle.

The new servers preparing is 70% done, and keep in mind that we just started like few minutes ago so don't worry because it's a very quick process. As for waiting the older servers to be fixed that could take much longer but I wouldn't care since we will have these new servers which are currently being prepared.

It has been fixed. However, we still have a very long road of preparing in the backend, but that doesn't matter for you as a partner so you can work normally.

I was using another host for 6 months which I dont wamt to mention here. After I switched to gounlimited bounce rate fall by 10%. Also before I had 10% returning visitors, after i switched to Go I have 30% returning visitors.
