It is forever as long as you send traffic to your videos them will never be deleted.
hello I am presented with the following error
I am uploading the video File Upload in English with tags in English
I upload the same by file upload in Spanish with tags in Spanish but I want to change the image so that it does not look the same and it tells me that the video is cloned. Suggestion should allow to put description to the videos

Yes that is correct, because system make clone of same video by file size, video and audio bitrate not because have same name. And yes your new upload in SPANISH of same file on ENGLISH are same file and that is automated an copy of first file uploaded.

i was also under the impression that users who stayed with Gou through the two data failures were getting that feature (no files deleted)
For that mistake we compensate all our users.
No one will delete your files if you sent traffic on them. Storing lifetime files without views and keep the servers busy with unused files it's like, i'm a taxi driver and i go you anywhere anytime without pay.

That’s right, in case the account is active, no matter for how many days the concerned files doesn’t get any views. However, for porn uploader’s the exception is bigger and keeps the file stored forever even if the concerned account is inactive, so that’s the only difference.

These links aren’t supported yet but we’re planning to support them very shortly. As for the FTP, it’s a faster protocol and you can try FileZilla or CrossFTP to use it.

Dear partners,
As you can see here, our partner @XYStuff reported a problem with the bounce he got back then for the payment confirmation. And instead of double checking the problem, I have described the process of the bounce without making sure that the numbers I have published as an example are right and the bounce he got is accurate.
It's my mistake to calculate the bounce without using calculator which caused this low bounce for our partner @XYStuff instead of the right bounce. The bounce was supposed to be $2.5 but I said here it supposed to be $0.5 which is not right. He toke this explanation with ease and didn't even refute what I said, because he trusted me.
I have remembered my mistake by coincidence just now when I was trying to credit the bounce for another partner.
Even that he didn't refute it, or even tried to explain that there is a mistake: In front of everyone, I apology to him for my mistake. Instead of crediting you the actual bounce ($2.5) I will credit him $50 from my own pocket as an apology from me for my mistake and I really hope that you accept my apology @XYStuff

May I know what is the location of your device that you tested the upload from? Because I tested within Europe and here is the speed I got (5.2 Mbps with WebUpload and 41 Mbps with FTP):
