If you don't have an adblock on Chrome, you can't start the video by pressing the "play" icon. Chrome blocks pop-ups and the video doesn't start. It only results in clicking around the "play" icon, but some 20-50% of people do not know about it.

Can you check if your account is using Minimum Ads Mode?

are they lost ?

Yes I noticed it happens only with Minimum Ads Mode. I will investigate and solve it ASAP.

Not lost. There is nothing to be lost while your account have a backup option. However, these files were not able to be encoded and as you can see from your side they’re still original, while all of your other files are working properly and all of them were encoded as well. Kindly try to find another copy of the concerned files and try to upload them instead of these copies.

If you faced such issue even with a different copy then let me know through a PM and I would be more than happy to assist you and start investigating. You can also try to upload the same copy after deleting the existing one, since it worth a try.

the video was viewed almost 1000 times, and today people tell me the same problem on several other videos, only today, they worked perfectly at the beginning without problem.

I can re-upload them again, but without tools allowing me to see which video is down, it will take me too long because I have to wait for someone to report the problem to me, one by one

I checked random videos in your account and all of them are fine, confirmed. You can also check randomly to be assured. We will also work to implement a tool to identify videos that can’t be encoded ASAP as per your request.

One of the listed links is already listed in the previous comment. However, no worries. Kindly let me know if you faced the same again so I can check the metadata of the concerned videos and investigate why they weren’t encoded. I would be more than happy to assist you at anytime.
I will also monitor your account on the backend for the next 3 days to check the uploaded videos manually and the process of the encoding and how it goes.
As for now I checked your account and out of 2,000+ videos I identified only less than 10 videos which faced this encoding error which could be from the video metadata itself.

I have tested and this problem occurs on every ads mode. It is worth noting that the video starts without a problem when we click the "play" icon immediately after displaying embed. After 2-3 seconds the "play" button is already blocked by ads (Chrome only).

After changing your account ads settings into medium or maximum please clear your browser cache or use a private window to test your videos and you wouldn’t see the issue anymore. It’s related to minimum ads mode users and it will be fixed ASAP, but for maximum and medium modes they shouldn’t go through this.

186 videos have been reported as down, I haven't checked everything, I sent you the links.

Will there be an easy way to replace/repair them from the backup with a simple click ?
