Banners works are based CPA based which means Cap Per Action, and in this case the ads network pays only when the visitor subscribe. We will consider this scenario since it’s more reasonable than VAST.

1. Can you add this feature where users can select which files to backup because not every files on a one's account needs to be backed up. It will also save a lot of resources.

Adult uploaders won’t earn more with the same number of views, so we won’t increase the ads or the rates. They will earn more because they will get more views, as I have a plan for that. I don’t want to share much details for now.
However, I can’t made an exception for the backup. Every and each file needs to backed up to make sure no one go through any shitty situation again. No one will trust us and give us a third chance ever. We need to make sure everything is backed up, and don’t worry; we have 8 PB available of storage, which is more than the storage that our government have for their data. Our partners files stability are my priority for the next 30 years at least.

Have you uploaded this file through the FTP?I just found out one of my files has this problem again "the media could not be loaded....." . The thing is I don't know other files may have this problem too cause I can't re-check one by one in hundreds of my files

It happens in rare cases. Upload the affected file through the web. But keep in mind you can still the use the FTP as this is not a common issue.
If you want a safer and faster option, you can also consider ZOOM software.

After multiple tests, and studying the long term results, we have decided to put a banner ad on the player and reduce 15% of the pop-ups we show for adult videos.
Usually, porn websites visitors are looking for better experience than the ones who are visiting movies/tv shows websites, since porn websites visitors, they do have many better free options, while the others don't.
It will not obtain us the same income, but of course the rates will be the same for everyone. We're taking this decision because we're thinking about the long term results, and we believe if we toke this decision, within 9-12 months the number of visitors our partners websites gets will increase more than expected, due to the 15% better experience they will have/face.
Keep in mind, this thing is not related to my 90-120 days plan. We're not just offering better experience for our porn uploader's, but we're also working on something new, that will obtain our adult content partners up to 100x more income. Read more here.
We should also do something for movies/tv shows uploader's I guess, or they will get jealous maybe.
