Hi Go,

Is it possible to increase the amount of uploads at one time to 10, I am only able to do web uploads and the upload speed is not great. It would help me update my site a lot quicker.

Then when everything is back to normal, you can put it back to 5 at a time.

Web upload has no limit as far as I know. Also have you tried ZOOM uploader?

I know you're working so hard too, and you don't have to apology so much time, we're all the same team, and I always know the risk one way or another in this industry. But please notify about the time the restoring process being started, or please be sure that they're not gone forever, at least 70%

Do you rembers the others that gone last year that remove in mass daily more then this amount? and never was "holysht. such a pain in the a$$." ?

Here nothing is lose, when a mistake is made, was offered hughes compensations, now are doubles rates and high effort to make everyone happy.

Now i ask you when the gone hosts last year, get you those when them delete daily K K K of files ? i tell you NEVER, and everyone was happy.

I said I am not sure. The concerned company takes 72 hours just to reply one email.

90% Of partners are woking in such AUTO way as well, fortunately.
The load and the traffic we have at the moment equals 90% of the one we used to have before this situation, and after checking other partners who are doing things "manual", I think they should be totally recovered within this week.

We will also introduce our new dashboard within the next few weeks as we're working on it, and there is no expected delay with that process.
